Mr. David Miscavige Describes the Scientology Volunteer Ministers Program

At the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre International in 2004, Mr. David Miscavige describes the Scientology Volunteer Ministers program in these terms:
