VOLUNTEER MINISTER ON-SITE SEMINARS: REQUESTED EVERYWHERE AND DELIVERED ANYWHERE

Volunteer Minister Daniel Okello delivers, by request, an on-site seminar on ‘Integrity and Honesty’ to prisoners of Homa Bay Prison in Kenya.

Through www.volunteerministers.org, anyone can request a free on-site seminar by a Volunteer Minister and get answers to life’s problems.

Anyone can request a Volunteer Minister to deliver a live on-site seminar and just about “anyone” does. Seminars are requested by diverse organizations across many countries of the world, covering topics from illiteracy to drug abuse and broken marriages to dishonesty.

For example, a native of Paramaribo, Suriname, requested an on-site seminar on The Technology of Study for a local school and four VMs traveled to his country to deliver it.

Students, ages 14-20, trickled into the classroom, shy and less than enthusiastic. By survey, 75 percent had no purpose for studying—doing it because they had to. And all believed there were countless barriers to comprehension. When they learned the three barriers to study, they were astonished. They became enthusiastic and even the class “joker” began participating.

“I understand now why I have a headache when I study,” said one student. Said another, “I really enjoyed it. I learned how I can help others, how I can learn and study and what I can become later in life.”

Across the world, the County Director of Probation for Homa Bay, Kenya, requested an on-site seminar on ‘Integrity and Honesty’ for his sub-county probation officers to “proof them up” against bribery and corruption. Officers traveled some three hours to attend.

“We believe and trust that by adopting ‘Integrity and Honesty’ we shall be able to change our world to become a better place to live.”

One was so impressed he alerted the Homa Bay Prison Director who requested a seminar of his own, same day, for prison guards and officers. That seminar was so well received that an immediate request was made for the same seminar to prisoners.

“The seminar gave us a practical understanding of how individuals wreck their own lives through dishonesty,” said the County Probation Director. “We believe and trust that by adopting ‘Integrity and Honesty’ we shall be able to change our world to become a better place to live.”

And so it goes in seminars the world over.
